Yuke's Big Dinosaur Day

A rhyming adventure for little explorers. One morning, before Mum can see, Yuke slips out of the house with a hat, a map, and a snack for his tea. What he walks into is a whole day of dinosaurs. A T-rex with teeth in long rows, who is very politely asked not to nibble any toes. A Brachiosaurus whose enormous ACHOO! brings down a rain of green leaves. A Triceratops slow enough to count the horns on. A Stegosaurus with plates standing up like kites. A Pteranodon high overhead, and a Velociraptor far too quick to catch. Then the day softens. Yuke learns why we find old bones in the rocks below, and the story walks him home to bed, where a T-rex thumps gently, far away, goodnight. Every page rhymes, so it bounces when you read it out loud, and there is plenty for a small person to shout along with. THUMP! ACHOO! WHOOSH!
