Kyle and the Magical Island

A golden ticket appears beside the window one sunny morning. Come to the magical island, it says. A wonderful adventure is waiting for you. One warm breeze later, Kyle is standing on a winding island path with a tiny blue bird singing his name. Six animals are waiting, and each one teaches him something without ever sounding like a lesson. A dolphin who shows him that joy grows when it is shared. A panda who knows that staying calm takes courage. An elephant who carries a mouse across a river to prove that real strength is gentle. A little cat who slips off a log again and again until Kyle counts her over it. A giraffe who can see for miles and still asks questions. And a whale shark, enormous and shy, who admits out loud that sometimes he feels scared, so that Kyle can say it too. At the centre of the island grows a tree hung with golden dream stars, one for every child who believes they can do wonderful things. Kyle carries his home.
